A few weeks after the work was completed, a big hailstorm hit the area. To my surprise, Ray reached out to check if there was any damage or if his work had held up. Since I hadn’t inspected the roof yet, he offered to come and check it himself—complimentary. After his inspection, he assured me that everything was in excellent condition and that I had nothing to worry about.

Two days later, a crew of workers showed up early in the morning and started working in a very well organized and professional manner. The replacement was completed before dusk, and the working and adjacent areas were left as clean as they were prior to the work.
