Did the initial inspection, filed the claim with insurance company even met the adjuster at my house so I didn’t have to leave work! From start to finish he was just a text message away. The roof is finished and looks amazing. Not one hiccup in the whole process. Now a days it’s hard to trust people to do the right thing and not take advantage of you… no problem here. Call them!!

Greg and his crew did a great job of working with other contractors during our backyard project and … More there was no lag time. Merit wants to make sure you are satisfied with the work and will take the time to meet with inspectors and contractors on your time. I appreciate them explaining processes and equipment with me as well. I have recommended Merit to several friends and family and continue to see their work around my neighborhood - will definitely call them when needed.

Greg Mccollough inspected the 16 years-old roof and presented a very detailed scope of work to replace it, He also recommended installation of a solar-powered … More ventilation system to improve air circulation in the attic. Two days later, a crew of workers showed up early in the morning and started working in a very well organized and professional manner. The replacement was completed before dusk, and the working and adjacent areas were left as clean as they were prior to the work. Merit provided outstanding service and is to be commended for the good quality of work, professionalism and responsiveness to customer's needs.
